Rick Li Daifeng, graduated with a MA in Conservation Studies (Ceramic) from West Dean college, Chichester, England in 2021. Before returning to study in England, he worked as a senior manager at a construction/ manufacturing company in Singapore.

The new role as a conservator proved challenging. However, armed with the new skillset, he is capable of providing quality restoration services to customers. Within a year, he co-founded the current company.

Guided by values

Studying in a Conservation specialized West Dean College, Chichester, England equipped him with the necessary skills to restore ceramics and related objects. Practical knowledge was imparted through exposure to a wide variety of customers’ objects, guided by highly trained and experienced tutors.

The teaching curriculum of the MA course aligned with the UK ICON (Institute of Conservation) standards, which are recognized globally.

Driven by passion

Rick’s passion for bonding and painting objects began since his teenage years. Fascinated by Japanese anime (animation) series in the 90s, he bought those garage kits and plastic figures which requires assembling and adhesive bonding. Once bonded, these kits would be coloured with enamel paints.

Those hobby sessions trained him to have a keen eye for colour sensitivity (matching with the anime colour scheme). and bonding skills, which laid the foundation for his current career.
